Who are the Doctors of Real Estate?

Always Look for Credentials!

When you need medical attention, you seek out the most highly educated physician.

You call “certified” doctors. Why? Because when you choose a doctor you are looking for one who is a Board Certified MD. You’re searching for an acronym behind their name because you know that if they have an acronym, then they are official. They’ve done their homework, 11 to 15 YEARS of it! And they meet the nationally recognized standards for education, knowledge, experience, and skills to provide high quality care in a specific medical specialty.

When you plan to buy or sell your home, do you look for credentials?

You see, in the world of real estate we work just like doctors. Being a Realtor® we are held to a strict Code of Ethics, unlike other real estate agents. However, only 3% of the Realtor® community strives to be something better. The “MD” in real estate? It’s called “CRS”.

Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) not only abide by a strict code of ethics, but they have had numerous hours of additional training and education to use the latest strategies and technology to help clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home. To give you a better idea of how prestigious this title is, only 29,000 Realtors® nationwide have earned the CRS Designation. They represent only 3% of the Realtor® community but do 40% of the business in the United States. Wow! Now there’s your cream of the crop!

If you’ve read very far into our website, you may have realized that we say “Top Notch Professionals” a lot. Well there’s a reason. That’s because OVER HALF of the CRS Designated Realtors® in Branson are RIGHT HERE…at Gerken & Associates.

When you need help buying or selling your home, Call a CRS!
