Matthew Brock – Rookie of the Year

Gerken & Associates is proud to announce that Matthew Brock was awarded the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS® Rookie of the Year. Matthew was honored by the board for all his hard work and dedication to the local real estate industry.

Real estate agents who have joined the Board in the last two years are eligible for the Rookie of the Year Award. This prestigious award is only given to a REALTOR® that has made outstanding contributions in the local community and real estate industry. During his short time as a member of the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS® it has become quite evident that Matthew has an outstanding work ethic and a desire to succeed. This is not only evident in his competitive spirit to excel as a REALTOR®, but also in his dedication to community.

Matthew says, “I am extremely honored to receive this award, following in the footsteps of some of the most highly respected in our industry.  Real estate offers many different ways for me to follow my passion to serve the community, and this award is a reflection of that “.

Having an interest to continue to learn and grow, Matthew is currently working toward earning his GRI designation and obtaining his broker’s license. Matthew is proud to call the Ozarks home and loves all the area has to offer. Matthew and his wife, Jessica, enjoy hiking, golfing and visiting the local area lakes and attractions.
