Real Estate Agents who have joined the board in the last two years are eligible for the Rookie of the Year Award. This prestigious award is only given to a Realtor® that has made outstanding leaps and bounds in the local community and real estate industry. Rachel Gerken received this award within her first year of attaining her Realtor® license while building a house and having a baby! In speaking with the rookie, Rachel replied, “I love what I do and was honored to receive this award!”
Having an interest to continue to learn and grow, Rachel is currently pursuing her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. She has a special interest in helping people, with a promise of the utmost honesty, kindness, and efficiency. Rachel is proud to call Branson home and loves all it has to offer.
