Gerken & Associates Celebrates 45th Year in Business!

As the longest continuously-owned real estate firm in Branson, Gerken & Associates celebrates their 45th year in business on April 1st.

Gerken & Associates opened their doors in 1975 to provide the Tri-Lakes area with real estate expertise and a vision for the future. From high interest rates, deregulation and ‘Black Monday’ in the 1980s to the destruction of their office during the 2012 Branson tornado, Gerken & Associates has thrived through adversity and triumph. With a strong code of ethics and high integrity, they have prevailed as the leading Branson real estate firm dedicated to serving and giving back to the community.

Founding brokers, Duane and Kay Gerken, were instrumental in shaping the local real estate industry by serving on local and state REALTOR® boards. Charlie and Jeff Gerken joined their parents in 2005 as partners and are now Managing Brokers of the firm. Together with their wives, Yulia and Rachel, they continue to push the boundaries of innovation and technology in the real estate industry.

Gerken & Associates consistently ranks among the highest sold volume in the Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors® due to their amazing dedicated team of agents. They are the only office in Branson to produce six Rookie of the Year Award recipients presented by the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS®. The office also boasts four REALTOR of the Year Award recipients and many other awards and distinctions within the community.
