In 1994, Marci moved to Branson to work for the summer. Little did she know she would meet and marry her husband David and forever consider the Ozarks her home. David’s career with the United States Secret Service took their family across the country from Nebraska to Kansas, to California, and then to Oklahoma. During those years of moving and raising kids, they never stopped hoping to eventually return to the Tri-Lakes area.
In 2005, Marci made the decision to put her experience with relocating to work for others. She became a licensed Realtor in Wichita, KS where she quickly became one of the Top 5% of agents in that area. When the family moved to Oklahoma, Marci re-established her business and quickly rose to the rank of the Top 10% of agents.
Much to their joy, David was reassigned to the Springfield, MO Field Office in 2017 where he would spend 5 years and then finally retire. This presented an opportunity for Marci to establish a successful real estate career in the heart of the Ozarks- a place she has always loved. Joining Gerken & Associates was the catalyst she needed to springboard her career in this area.
In 2021, Hailey, Marci’s oldest daughter, joined the team. She brings not only expertise to the market but also a warmth and youthful exuberance that shines in all she does. Both Hailey & Marci pride themselves on being in the relationship business. Their focus is to get to know you and your family’s needs. It is important to them to educate and help buyers and sellers understand the process and make informed decisions.
