For Dave Dove, real estate has always been about one thing: people.

Born and raised in Harrison, Arkansas, Dave grew up working in his family’s restaurant, where he learned early that serving people well, working hard, and making someone feel welcome matters. That lesson followed him throughout his career and eventually became the foundation of his approach to real estate.

Dave spent more than a decade working for Johnny Morris at Big Cedar Lodge, managing restaurants, and gaining firsthand experience in the hospitality industry. After calling the Branson area home for many years, Dave decided to bring that same spirit of hospitality into real estate and earned his REALTOR® license in 2015.

Today, Dave helps buyers and sellers throughout the Tri-Lake’s area. Whether he’s helping someone purchase their first home, find an investment property, move up to their next home, downsize, or sell a property they’ve loved for years, Dave believes clients deserve honest advice and someone who will truly put their interests first.

His commitment to the profession has led him to serve in numerous leadership roles, including President of the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS® in 2022, when he was also honored as REALTOR® of the Year. He is a graduate of the Tri-Lakes and Missouri REALTORS® Leadership Academies and continues to be involved in the real estate and local community.
