Tiffnie was born and raised on her family farm in Kearney, Missouri with her parents, little sister and an endless supply of farm animals. After living in Kearney for much of her life, Tiffnie relocated to Houston, TX where life moved at a much faster pace. While spending summers in Branson and Kimberling City with her grandparents, Tiffnie fell in love with the Ozarks. When she and her husband decided to move to the Branson area in 2016, the transition was seamless. Living just north of town in Walnut Shade, she enjoys the peace and quiet of being in the country and loves the sweeping views from her Ozark Mountain home.
Tiffnie has spent her entire professional career in customer service, previously working in property management/new construction lease up and as a patient coordinator in an orthodontic practice in Liberty, MO. For four years, she served as Jeff Gerken’s licensed administrative assistant where she was able to learn the ropes from one of the best brokers in the business. Having had a love and passion for real estate since she was teenager, she decided to take her shot as an independent agent and there was no question where she wanted to begin her career; Gerken & Associates.
Tiffnie spends her free time with her family. Her husband Todd, a Licensed Professional Engineer, does most of the local development work for all the big-name developers in Branson and surrounding areas. His current projects include Big Cedar’s Top of the Rock, Mountain Top, and Payne’s Valley golf courses. Tiffnie has three children who attend Branson Schools, and they are the light of her life. When she isn’t listing or showing property, you can likely catch her boating on Table Rock Lake, hanging out at one of the area creeks or on the soccer fields with her kids.
Tiffnie furthered her education by obtaining her Brokers License in 2022 and has also obtained the prestigious CRS Designation (Certified Residential Specialist), which is a designation that only 3% of REALTORS® nationwide have achieved. Tiffnie has an endless passion for helping others and considers herself to be quite the “matchmaker” when it comes to finding your dream home. She will work hard for you all while making your home selling or buying process easy, smooth and will probably give you a few laughs in the process!
