Dave Dove 2022 REALTOR® of the Year
Gerken & Associates is proud to announce that Dave Dove was named the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS® 2022 REALTOR® of the Year! Dave was honored by the board for all his hard work and dedication to the local real estate industry.
The Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS® (TLBOR) is comprised of over 500 agents and this award is only given to one person each year. REALTOR® of the Year is awarded to someone who maintains spirit, enthusiasm, and the professionalism of a great REALTOR®.
Dave Dove certainly encompasses all the above. He is a graduate of the Local Leadership Academy and the Missouri REALTORS® Leadership Academy. Served on, or chaired, six different committees over the last six years. As Outreach Chair, he obtained two National Realtor Placemaking Grants, the Kayak Park and the Kimberling City Project, supports RPAC as a major investor, attended national leadership, business, and capitol conferences, received the National e-Pro designation and At Home with Diversity certification.
