Born and raised in the Cedar Rapids area of Iowa, Joni said she couldn’t take the winters any more. She and her husband Jack moved to Branson where she could continue her real estate career and go outside everyday in the beautiful Ozark Mountain Country.
A practicing Realtor for over 25 years, Joni has been with Gerken & Associates for 17 of those years! She has attained her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and her enthusiasm and sense of fun attributes to her success as a top producer year after year.

General Interests
The lake! Boating, scuba diving, water skiing, and fishing. I love spending time with my children and their families who live nearby. Also enjoy mushroom hunting and collecting cook books and recipes, some which date back over 100 years.
Music
Born and raised on good ol' country music, I played bass in a band for 20 years. Music is my first love - after the lake of course!
